Scope of Services. Through this Site, WeeHaul markets and arranges Junk Removal, Waste Management, Construction Cleanup, Estate Cleanout, Storage Unit Cleanout, Warehouse Cleanout. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://weehaulcollegeplace.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeeHaul or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. WeeHaul does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeeHaul's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid WeeHaul in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold WeeHaul harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Term Changes. WeeHaul may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
